A trained somatic psychotherapist, Elle has extensive experience identifying and treating all forms of trauma - in particular the often misunderstood and misdiagnosed symptoms of complex, developmental and relational trauma. Elle has undertaken training and professional development with many of the world's leading experts in the field, including Dan Siegel, Stephen Porges, Allan Schore, Janina Fischer, Pat Ogden, Bessel van der Kolk, Bruce Perry, Stan Tatkin, Gabor Mate & Karl Heinz Brisch. She  is a passionate advocate for the vital relational needs of humans and believes that quality human-to-human connection is the single most important need of our time. Also a professional writer, broadcaster and presenter, Elle is a powerful contemporary voice in mental health - shedding fresh and compelling light on the very heart of what it means to be human.
