Psychotherapy
for therapists

Engaging in personal psychotherapy has been shown to be critical in a therapist's ability to provide safe, ethical and transformational therapy to their clients. I have two decades' experience providing long-term depth psychotherapy to therapists worldwide, seeking to deepen their self awareness, empathy, self regulation, attunement and capacity through their own self-development.  Our work together aims to identify and address issues at their root cause; provide a powerful, embodied-relational experience of a two person psychological approach; resource you with an experiential understanding of contemporary psychotherapy; and deliver a tangible felt sense of being understood, supported, nourished and held in both your own personal process and the vital work you are doing.

Supervision
for therapists

With more than 20,000 client hours providing psychotherapy to clients globally, I offer supervision to clinicians who seek to bring their own practice in line with a contemporary psychotherapeutic approach. Drawing on the very latest insights and developments in neuroscience, human development theory, trauma theory, attachment theory, regulation theory, somatic/embodied approaches and Relational psychoanalytic theory, I aim to provide clinically sound, reliably warm and steadfast support for your ongoing professional development. Using a 'two person' approach, we make sense together of your client's and your own experience in session, with special emphasis on the role of the right brain in psychotherapy, working intersubjectively, attending to the implicit, addressing affect and including the body at all levels of the work.
