the foundation on which all other relationships are built. When we struggle in relationship with ourselves, this can cause us terrible pain, frustration, loneliness, despair & destabilisation. A contemporary understanding of what it means to be human, makes clear that many 'mental health issues' are in fact problems we experience in relationship with parts of ourselves: feelings we have not been able to make sense of; experiences we have not been able to integrate; and developmental needs that have never been met. In individual coaching and individual therapy we explore your relationship with yourself - supporting you to feel more integrated, connected, regulated,

authentic and whole.
