Specialist trauma therapy for people 18+

Online via Zoom

I am a psychotherapist and relational trauma recovery specialist. In psychotherapy with me, we take a deep dive into your unique experience of being human - to explore the impact of relational trauma on you and on all aspects of your life.

Attending to your mental, emotional, physical, relational and existential experiences, my therapeutic process aims to identify and resolve your issues wholistically - at their root cause.

In the safety, confidentiality and empathic holding of the therapeutic relationship, I support you to explore, make sense of and integrate those things that are getting in the way of you experiencing your birthright - meaningful connection to your Self, others and the world around you.

If you are interested in considering therapy with me, please read the following important information, before booking an intake consult.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

Elle offers bespoke psychotherapy to a small number of clients worldwide. Psychotherapy with Elle is a full fee paying service for private clients and no government or insurance rebates are available.

Psychotherapy with Elle is not a medical approach to mental health, or a quick fix for problems. Rather it is an in depth exploration of your human experience for the purposes of self development, growth and relational trauma recovery. As a specialist service, psychotherapy with Elle uses a specific cutting edge approach, based on a particular kind of therapeutic relationship.

Therapy for relational trauma involves attending regular sessions over an extended period of time. As such, this service is only available to clients able to commit to a long term therapeutic process. All potential clients must undergo an intake process to assess suitability for working together, in a free 15 minute intake consult

Please note that psychotherapy with Elle is not suitable for anyone who:

  • is experiencing a mental health crisis;

  • has a mental health diagnosis;

  • is experiencing an active addiction;

  • requires liasing with the mental health or medical system;

  • intends to use therapy for any form of legal process; or

  • who is financially unable to afford long term therapy.
